LymeVax by Fort Dodge. (Borrelia Burgdorferi Bacterin) A killed product for dogs 9 weeks of age and older. With initial Lyme vaccine, give one dose, then repeat in 2-3 weeks. Give subcutaneously or intramuscular. Available in a 10-dose vial. For canine use only.

Please Note: When choosing an air service for your vaccine order, 2-Day Air ships Monday-Wednesday and 1-Day Air ships Monday-Thursday. 1-Day Air with Saturday delivery ships Friday.
In accordance with federal packaging regulation 9CFR Part 112, vaccines may only be shipped in the manufacturer's original, unopened container. This regulation helps ensure vaccine quality and consistency in labeling. However, because of this regulation, we cannot accept open packages of vaccines for return or replacement once the seal or package has been broken.
