T-Rex Substrates

Lightweight substrates are highly absorbent and made from all-natural materials. Attractive and long lasting, each wicks up moisture and odors and won't mildew in high humidity. Spot clean as needed and change monthly or sooner, depending on substrate depth. Non-toxic if ingested.

Coconut Bark for chameleons, iguanas, tortoises, snakes, and most lizards; Cypress Bed for boas, tortoises, and crested geckos; Aspen Bed for corn snakes, king snakes, and fat-tailed geckos; Sani-Chips (premium heat-treated wood, easy clumping) for snakes; Desert Snow (pristine hardwood pulp, easy clumping) for tortoises, ball pythons, and bearded dragons.

Instructions for Use: Pour in desired amount of bedding into the terrarium. Spread over terrarium floor to your desired thickness. Spot clean as needed and change monthly or more frequently, depending on the thickness of the substrate, the cage size, and the number of animals using it. This is important because the bedding is contaminated with urine even though you are removing the fecal matter when sifting/spot cleaning. Store unused substrate in a dry area.
